The Weathers Law Office was founded in 1996 with a focus on insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation. In addition to being practicing insurance coverage lawyers, we are legal malpractice attorneys based out of Indiana. In layman's terms, we get involved in court cases about the meaning of contracts. We have always represented plaintiffs and defendants working under the assumption that a lawyer's job is to zealously prosecute or vigorously defend the client's case.

Beginning in 2007 we began prosecuting a fair amount of professional negligence cases. Yes, we sue fellow lawyers. While we take no joy in filing suits against lawyers, we do recognize that lawyers, like other human beings, make mistakes which cause harm.
