Abraham Lincoln once said that a lawyer's time and advice are his stock and trade.  No argument on this end; however, we also recognize that all clients are unique and, therefore, our fee structure needs to be unique to each client.  Half of our work is done on an hourly basis.  Our basic hourly rate is $220 for attorneys and $100 for paralegals and law clerks.  We also do work on a flat fee basis, a contingency fee basis, and a combination of the two.  Don't assume you can't afford us.  We will be happy to work with you to find an arrangement that works for both of us.
